TRT Memberships

TRT memberships are designed for men experiencing symptoms that may be related to low testosterone, including low energy, reduced drive, changes in strength, low libido, mood changes, poor recovery, or changes in body composition.

Each TRT membership includes testosterone management, supplies, quarterly lab work, office visits, progress tracking, InBody scans, and wellness perks. Higher tiers may include additional protocol options such as HCG or Sermorelin when clinically appropriate.

Vitality Prime includes foundational TRT management, supplies, lab work, visits, progress tracking, and member perks. Synergy Prime adds advanced protocol customization with Sermorelin or HCG when appropriate.

Apex Prime includes Body Vitality’s highest level of TRT support, concierge office visits, comprehensive lab monitoring, and premium protocol customization with HCG or HCG plus Sermorelin when appropriate.

Yes. Necessary syringes and injection supplies are included with the TRT memberships.

TRT memberships include quarterly lab work to help monitor hormone levels, review safety markers, and guide treatment decisions.

Yes. TRT memberships include unlimited office visits related to your testosterone therapy plan. Apex Prime includes concierge-level office visit support.

HCG may be used in some TRT protocols to support natural hormone function, testicular health, or fertility-related goals. Your provider can determine whether it is appropriate based on your labs, symptoms, and health history.
